Staff Training Day Notice

The Credit Union will be closed all day Monday 28th April for an off-site staff training day. We will reopen as normal at 9.30 am on Tuesday 29th April. If you are registered for online banking you can still access your accounts online. To register go to www.lucancu.ie

The staff training day is held annually and it ensures that all staff receive the same level of training and CPD hours. The training covers both mandatory training areas and other critical areas for the business and includes:

• Anti-money laundering/counter terrorist financing
• Data Protection/GDPR
• Risk Management
• Cyber Security
• Staff security measures
• Ethics

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused. The training will ensure that we can continue to provide a consistent, high quality service to our members.
